What People Are Saying
My organization retained Dr. Nwadike to assist us in our DEI strategy. As part of the appraisal process a survey was shared among our staff of nearly 150 as well as caregivers and youth we serve. The quality, precision, level of detail and analysis she prepared was outstanding. We are using the information from the appraisal to engage our workforce and stakeholders in ways that would not have been possible prior. It has shed light on suspected gaps and development areas we need to tackle as an organization and we are incredibly appreciative of Dr. Nwadike's expertise and guidance.

“Our company’s goal was to increase diversity and create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for our employees of color. Akuoma provided great detail and clearly explained every step of the assessment process to us. Communication with Akuoma was seamless and our team felt comfortable reaching out to her for any concerns or questions and we received prompt responses every time. We received an interactive, comprehensive report of our company’s survey results that was simple to navigate and we really appreciated the follow-up Q&A session we had with Akuoma. Overall, we gained so much knowledge from this process and from working with Akuoma. We look forward to utilizing her expertise in the future as we work towards our DEI goals.”

“People were really engaged, including many Black members and members of color that have not been as publicly engaged in conversations at prior gatherings. I was really heartened to see that level of engagement which I took as a sign of people feeling both excited by the content and comfortable in the context.”

“Dr. Nwadike, our conversation was helpful to me in ways that I had not expected. Part of the reason is that you are such a gifted listener, you are able to clarify things really beautifully.”

“Dr. Akuoma Nwadike is brilliant, talented, and 110% committed to all things equity. It is rare to meet a big picture, visionary thinker who also has the ability to organize and break the work down. Dr. Nwadike brings immense research design skills, the lens of a classroom teacher and the heart and soul of a warrior who can lead our schools towards equitable change!”

“I am so grateful to have had Dr. Akuoma Nwadike speak at our September 2020 Outcomes Workgroup! We had a record highest number of people attend this meeting (over 200 nonprofit professionals across the USA). Dr. Nwadike is onto something pathbreaking, that has the potential to change the world we live in and work in! Dr. Nwadike communicated the Inclusivity education model that is rooted in empirical knowledge in a way that was both relatable and practical for all attendees. What I particularly loved about her model is that it enables us to measure and sustain progress in our liberation journey. To use 'data' and 'evaluation' in order to hold ourselves accountable for lasting change within our organizations. I deeply appreciate the time Dr. Nwadike spent with us at the Outcomes Workgroup!”
